  After receiving the item I purchased online from Transtools. when I opened the package I noticed the the Crank Handle was missing. I am very disappointed as I needed to use the tool immediately.
  Transtools should be checking the item before posting it. It could have been anything else but the the right item inside the box.
  I have just spoken to someone called Sarah on the phone to send me a replacement but they informed me that there is none in stock and she has to contact the manufacturer for investigation and no clear time scale to solve this matter. Transtools management should be taking measures to ensure that there are enough items in stock.
  I just looked at the website and the item shows in stock. I called again and spoke to a manager called Anna. She said the website is not updated. (very unprofessional) bad service, avoid this company
